When you use Invitra, we collect information necessary to personalize and deliver your digital invitation services:

• Account data: Name, email address, and authentication details (Google OAuth or encrypted password).
• Invitation data: Bride & Groom names, event dates, schedule, venue address, dress code, and wedding story.
• Uploaded media: Couple cover photos, gallery images, and background music MP3 files.
• Guest RSVPs: Guest names, attendance status, guest counts, and written wishes submitted via your link.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized to render your personalized wedding invitation web page, generate shareable links, and display guest RSVP responses on your private user dashboard.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or wedding photos to third-party advertisers.

3. Payment Gateway Security

Payments are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Invitra does not store or process full credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain full control over your data. You may edit or delete your invitation details, photos, or entire account at any time by contacting our support team at support@invitra.com.
